Welcome to APHL’s Survey Resource Center (SRC).
The SRC is a searchable central repository of APHL survey data collected through the years. The site allows users to view survey results, survey data on a particular laboratory and a composite of responses to each survey question, including graphical displays of results.
In addition, the SRC features the Laboratory Profile of every member state and local public health laboratory. Profiles provide a snapshot of critical information on each laboratory and allow laboratory users to update their profile with current information.
By accessing the SRC, data users comply with the terms and conditions of the APHL Data Access and Sharing Policy. Users are expected to act responsibly to maintain the integrity of the data. Please take a minute to review the policy.
